Maxine has a Masters in Fine Arts from the University of Liverpool, England. She specializes in mixed media contemporary artwork using acrylics, oils, and charcoal on handmade paper and stained glass. Maxine teaches art to children and adults both in Titusville and Viera. She volunteers teaching art class to local families in need, summer art camp for disadvantaged children, and children in the Country Acres orphanage in Titusville. Maxine also organizes fundraising Art events for charitable causes including Brevard C.A.R.E.S., Youth in Art Education, and the SPCA.
Maxine has traveled and exhibited her art internationally. Having lived in Istanbul, Turkey, for ten years, she now considers Titusville, Florida her home, which she shares with her three dogs and numerous cats, all of which are rescued animals.
